In 2013 after obtaining her real estate license, Melanie Northcutt had a dream to open a boutique real estate brokerage that focused on the core values she was raised by, along with providing an opportunity to give back to her hometown. In February 2017, she saw that dream become a reality with the opening of Sugar Magnolia Properties in historic downtown Longview. Sugar Magnolia Properties strives to offer our clients not only a worry-free experience, but also seeks to focus on integrity and kindness, guidance and negotiation, and communication and follow-through to ensure our clients have successful and positive transactions.
