Rachel Bogenschutz is a born and raised Longview, TX native! She has intimate knowledge of the local real estate landscape which gives an edge in this market. She is a graduate of Longview High School 2003 and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Interior Design from University of North Texas. Upon graduating college, Rachel returned to her roots and established her design portfolio in Longview. She has flipped numerous homes, general contracted many remodels projects, drafted custom floor plans, consulted with home builders, and built her forever home on family land in North Longview. Her education, personal hands on experience, empathy and drive make her a high performing and accountable real estate professional. In her free time she enjoys painting, spending time outdoors with her husband, three children, and mini Labradoodle. She is excited to use her design knowledge to help the Longview residents with their real estate needs!
