Kat Smith was raised all over the world (The Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Houston…) but thrilled to have landed here in the Piney Woods of East Texas. She moved to Longview in 2015 for the best reason of all - true love! Kat has quickly set down roots here in the ‘View getting involved in community organizations like the Junior League and volunteering with the Longview Museum of Fine Arts. Her greatest joy is spending time with her husband Justin, son Lincoln and fluffiest Great Pyrenees Linus!

When she’s not researching market trends, Kat loves to bake homemade pies, have dance parties with Lincoln, put together wildflower Lego sets, explore Tyler State Park, knit beanies and spend time with friends.

With 14 years of teaching experience in the 8th grade classroom, Kat has the skills to navigate the sometimes-stressful process of buying and selling your home.
